About the Baker
Dina inherited her love of cake decorating from her mother, Sherry. Growing up, Sherry would make any type of decorated cake that her family wanted, no matter what occasion. When Dina's oldest son turned one, Dina was excited at the opportunity to carry on her mother's tradition for her own family. It wasn't too long before that skill extended to friends and now the community.
Dina lives in Southeast Denver with her husband and two sons. The family are members of Congregation Rodef Shalom. She has one son who attends Denver Jewish Day School and another son who attends Linfield College in Oregon. Dina has been enjoying baking special treats for the community for over twelve years.

About the Bakery
In 2002, BitterSweets Bakery opened in a small kosher kitchen. After years and rave reviews of Dina's desserts, the opportunity to expand came about. Now in a professional kitchen all desserts are prepared in either a kosher dairy or dairy-free kitchen depending on your needs.*
